Register and Pay ONLINE
Use this option if you intend to pay online using a major credit card.
The LLV Office will receive the registration information electronically, and they will be notified of your payment.
The Homeowner will receive a confirmation including the people and vehicles listed as well as the amount paid.
The Renter will receive a confirmation that their rental information has been registered with the office. A parking/trash permit and Behavior Policy will be attached to the email.
Renters must still stop at the office to check in upon their arrival.
Register and Pay OFFLINE
Use this option to register online but make your payment offline.
You will be taken to the legacy registration form that does not ask for payment.
The LLV Office still receives the registration information electronically, but you are responsible for making sure they receive your payment.
Neither the Homeowner nor the Renter will receive an email.
It is the Homeowner’s responsibility to ensure their renters follow proper check-in procedures.
