Must be able to operate, drive and control heavy equipment safely, such as, backhoe, tractor, grader, and single axle dump truck. Essential functions of the job: physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate heavy equipment for long periods of time in all weather conditions, load and unload heavy equipment from trailers. Safety is a priority, must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of safety procedures around heavy equipment and knowledge of proper maintenance of equipment. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Experience digging, back-filling, grading, spreading stone and leveling ground a plus.
- Must work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have valid PA Motor Vehicle License available upon interview and pass a background check including a verification of motor vehicle records & pre-employment drug screen.
*Referral bonus is paid once the new hire referred successfully passes the 90-Day Introductory period. The new hire is also eligible for a $250 incentive bonus after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period.
