We hope that everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July.

Just a few reminders:

Fireworks are not permitted in Locust Lake Village.
No warnings will be given and the fine is $300.00.

Please be respectful of neighbors and abide
by the 11PM noise curfew.

The maximum speed limit in the village is 25MPH.
Speed limit in amenity areas is 10MPH.

Members, their guests, tenants, and renters of Locust Lake Village POA are prohibited from intentionally causing a public inconvenience or annoyance by engaging in fighting, threatening or any violent behavior. This also includes making unreasonable noise, using obscene language or gestures or causing a hazardous or physically offensive environment with any act that serves no legitimate purpose.

All trash/recycling must be brought to the compactor during the posted hours of operation.
Fine for illegal dumping is $500.00.

Wristbands must be worn at the lakes and
to recreation functions.

There is no solicitation in Locust Lake Village.

Renter Information

Make sure your renters are aware on how to enter the home. The office is getting an abundance of calls asking for that information.

Please tell your renters that the office does not
supply sheets or towels.

All registered renters who are coming in late on July 3rd or 4th, will have their packets placed in a box outside the administration entrance door.
